The Third Annual Internet Safety Awards PSA video contest is now open!
Please download the RULES and ENTRY FORMS from www.internetsafetyawards.org.

Please note that all of these documents are in PDF form and you will need Adobe Reader to open them and also complete them.

The Entry forms consist of the following:
